The Declaration proclaimed on October 15, 1978 by the International League, National Leagues and individuals associated with them was adopted by the Organization of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and subsequently by United Nations Organization (UNO).

NOTE: This time we have preferred to deal with the Animal Rights. If we make a deeper argument about the goods, in fact it is a right to life, understood as a event existential freedom, dignity and fulfillment. This proclamation also applies to humans as rational animals we are. Just think about the behavior among ourselves when there are armed conflicts and other situations of minimal "humanity."

This text was proclaimed in 1978 and may appear to have been in a statement of good intentions. Although attacks are being committed against animals, many individuals, organizations and countries that have accepted as a responsible proposal of ethical behavior.

The images that illustrate this chapter may offend the sensibilities readers for his cruelty, but they are real and should serve to prevent further production. Notebooks
